ziparumpazooNot that deer are that odd a sight at home, but this one was particularly curious. Both pictures taken at Waterton Lakes National Park while on vacation last week.

Seen on my drive to work this morning. I work in a small town. Really really small town. This was enough to cause a traffic jam. Signs from the heavens? Invaders from outer space?

I kept thinking this picture was really out of focus, but I realized that the rain was coming down painfully hard and I'd used a slower shutter speed to capture the entire bolt, which made anything being viewed through the rain really blurry.
