Very decidedly 'roads' rather than other paths. I tried a few creative interpretations (a set of stairs; pipes, as a path for water), but wasn't pleased with the resulting photos. I'm not so sure about the third of the bunch I'm posting, come to that. The first two I think are decent.

I do wish they'd finish that last one, as it's no fun driving it. :P Meanwhile, the 'reflections and glass' aperture, though closed, continues to inspire me. Two more photos resulting from it are here and here. I think they outperform anything I've done for the current aperture, honestly, though the second of the two is grainier than I'd like.

It's interesting how much roads and communication happen together, isn't it? I like the bleakness of the first and third pictures.

The other two you linked to are lovely, and I'm especially impressed with the "artist's rendition" feeling of the first one. It looks so pristine that it might be one of those architectural renditions of a new development, especially with that spacey looking car. The color, light, and crispness all help give it that feeling.

Thank you! I hadn't thought of that view on that one, but I can totally see it now that you've said it. (I'm rather pleased by the person reflected in the third story window, but that may be just me.)

I like the second one especially. The fact that the shadows of the cones just fill the space between the cones almost lends it a sense of movement.
