Lovely, moody shots and definitely not the first thing one thinks about New York. That William Morris window is an amazing piece of glass art.

I've got a "green" shot coming up that looks at a tall city building through a spring-green tree, too! I like your old-and-modern view better, though, and the particular tree in your shot is beautiful.

Thanks! Yes, the William Morris was spectacular. There's another one that was nice, I might put up another couple of photos tomorrow.

I love pictures that put buildings and nature together! I really love about cities like new york where you get the really radical contrasts of architectural styles, too. I'll look forward to yours.

I can't remember anymore. She's been on my LJ flist since almost the day I joined LJ, lo these many years ago. I suspect it was a FOAF situation, but I've followed her writings with great interest ever since.

These are great! I love the third shot in particular, the white/green/black combination and how the cemetery looks so very old and the grass looks so very new.
