Re-starting this comm

What I hope happens here, with an influx of users, is that communities get revived.

I am thinking of re-starting this comm. Would anyone like to co-mod with me?

The idea is, a photo prompt every two weeks, then people post their photos (or links to photos), for those 2 weeks.

We could do idea regeneration for prompts in posts every so often.

Here's what I'm thinking: low-stress, low-moderation comm. Prompts are aimed at folks who want to take more photos and want to be experimental and creative with taking photos. Shots don't have to be "good"; amateurs are welcome here and phone cameras are acceptable.

Yay to all of the above! Monthly challenges with themes to just give people some inspiration if they need, but also just a "Show us your work" thing they can do anytime?

Yes, that sounds good to me! We could start with one theme a month and see how it goes. I think in the past we did every two weeks, but that was lo these many years ago when I had more energy and DW had a bit more traffic.

I say let's make an idea generation post, and maybe a poll where folks can vote on the themes they like?
