shutterspeedThis comm has inspired me to take more pictures in the last week or so, but I only got around to actually getting them off my camera and uploaded last night/this morning.
Our bulbs have been really starting to bloom this week, even the some of the ones that have been gnawed on by squirrels.

This poor tulip has been gnawed down to a nub twice by squirrels, but keeps coming back
this is the only tulip pic that isn't from our garden, this is from a nearby park
One day last week I took my camera out for a walk and found myself captivated by the way the trees lining the street had been cut to grow around instead of into the power lines above them.
And one slightly sillier picture to end. They haven't flooded the canal yet, and we went down and tromped in the mud a bit yesterday. The sides of the canal are covered in zebra mussels, and someone had clearly been there before us.
All photos taken with a Nikon Coolpix L100. Some minor color adjustment done in photoshop.
