I'm doing a daily garden photo project on my LJ/DW which is called Yesterday in the Garden, owing to my posting them a day later. I thought I'd post today's though here. The second is behind the cut.

Oh, what splendid colors! The red wow'd me enough, but the black pansy(?) is awesome.

My Queen of the Night tulips are coming up, but so far, the color of the buds looks rather disappointing.

It is a really splendid black shade! I hope the tulips darken up as they develop.

I like both of the photos. What are the red flowers, please?

Gah, that first one is really lovely -- love the green/red combo, and the sparse, almost abstract composition is excellent. A beautifully balanced shot!

I really like these! The composition and the colours of the first photo is gorgeous and I love the way the waterdrops look on the black pansy in the second.
