We have a pheasant hanging around our place that we've almost hit with the car a couple times as he doesn't seem to grasp the notion that we are much bigger then he is. I was able to walk up to within 5-6 feet of him yesterday and snapped a few pics as he walked around and tried to act nonchalant.
