A couple from my walk yesterday in the endless, pouring rain.



Too bad I didn't have this one for the Purple challenge a few weeks ago! Most of the motion is in the falling rain.

Thanks! There's nothing like an unbroken gray sky to provide a pale expanse.

The first photo is wonderful. I really like the "layered" perspective and the way the car is swooshing by while the cyclist and the woman with the umbrella are both clear while still in motion. If that makes any sense?

Thanks! I was running along the opposite side of the bridge trying to keep the purple umbrella in view (while not appearing to be a creepy stalker). I didn't even notice the cars. :D
