Purple!

Oh, I've been seeing so much purple out and about! I rode my bike through inner Southeast Portland yesterday, and purple positively abounds there.

Lovely, and nice wooden retaining wall. Are those last year's blooms or this year's?

Good question. I took the picture yesterday, so I presume they're fresh and new--that type of heather is winter-blooming.

That neighborhood is full of cute houses. Many of them purple. :D

Heh. Angle is everything. It was pretty ramshackle-looking in reality. But cute!

I really like the angle of this photo and the colour combinations are very nice too. (I thought a purple house would be horrible but this one looks really nice :-)

As you can probably tell, I fiddled a lot with contrast, exposure and saturation here. In actuality, a whole purple house is a bit...much.

But I did like the heather out front. And your icon is a beautiful example of the purple prompt.
