Shutterspeed amnesty and idea generation
Dec. 14th, 2012 06:01 pm![[personal profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/silk/identity/user.png)
Shutterspeed will get started again in 2013! In the mean time, I am declaring an arbritarty amnesty round to get us thinking and remembering to take our cameras with us. Post pictures from any of the old challenges.
Please post ideas for new challenges and prompts! With your ideas we will create polls for the new year.

Mod post: restarting Shutterspeed

Hi!
I would like to get this community going again, in a way that is a little bit less work for the moderators. I was thinking about modeling the prompts after the way
fancake does their prompts:
We decide on a new theme every month (on the 15th) and post recs [in our case photos] for that theme for the next thirty days. We also hold an amnesty round once a year where any of our previous themes is fair game.
We could do rounds once or twice a month, one challenge at a time (instead of 2 as we were doing before). Idea generation for new prompts could happen less frequently, say every couple of months.
Also, would anyone else like to be a moderator?
What do you all think?
