Another reason I love this community: it gave me the oomph to click through almost a decade worth of unlabeled photographs!

This is a Pacific beach in San Francisco, during an 85° heat wave in 2003.

Hilltop view, viewpoint floating halfway between streetcar wires and streetcar tracks, which veer from inner edge of one lane to the opposite. A very blue California sky over all, with tiny haze in the horizon

I was waiting on the ramped island which permits wheelchairs to access the N line (as long as we don't mind walking half-mile between stops.) Gave me a great perspective on a scene which seems evenly divided between both apertures.
