At the Rose Garden

There's a rose garden not too far from me. Last month (?) or possibly March when I wandered up there nothing was blooming, but today it was beautiful.

Mind you, I don't know the names of the roses. They're pretty, though.

At some point I'm going to need a filter or something; it was a bright sunny day, which totally kills shadow details.

There are a lot of yellow and pink roses; I happen to like yellow roses, and I'm not even Texan.

And peach. Really, it's floral porn.

And some more odd-looking roses.

Almost Georgia O'Keeffe, except that I didn't shoot it head on because that would have cast a shadow. And that would have been Bad.

I think these are the Julia Child roses. They have an elaborate sign and stuff.

I think that's enough.
